A Theatre Workshop building providing workshop, studio and office accommodation with ancillary accommodation for Theatre Mwldan and Community facilities. A building on 3 floors providing 600m2 accommodation. The main timber frame from local source timber provides a 3 storey central studio space with atrium roof-lighting. The buildings performance readily exceeds the target CO2m2 emissions rating. An air source heat pump serves under-floor heating with a gas boiler back-up. Solar hot water panels, Rainwater harvesting and Sedum garden roof to the ground floor.
